They’re Trying To Kill Our Children – April Edition

The terrorists fired an anti-tank missile against a school bus in the Negev yesterday, April 7th, critically wounding a 16 year old boy. Thank G-d the other children had left the bus five minutes previously. In addition the terrorists fired 45 mortar shells into the area.

Go ahead, read that again.

The next war in Israel is going to happen soon. For most of the world it will come as a surprise – since the world media will gloss over the terrorist targeting of our children that is happening now (see here and here and here for a list of the rocket attacks on Israel in the past few months) and will focus on the targeting of the IDF on the terrorists later, especially if there are civilian casualties. Then the media and talking heads will have the chutzpah (the nerve) to call us petty for pointing out that “they started it” – and they will try to compare our actions with the terrorists’ by using phrases like “cycle of violence”, etc.

Just look at the headline after this past incident. Reuters says “Fighting flares in Gaza shattering lull”. They gloss over what happened in Israel, using the passive voice when it comes to the Arabs(anti-tank missile hits bus – perhaps it was an accident?) and the active voice when it comes to the Israeli response (Israeli forces retaliated using planes and artillery – see how much bigger and meaner the Israelis are, they use PLANES!). Not to mention the supposed “lull”. If the terrorists don’t fire a rocket every day into Israel then this is considered a “lull”?

Please remember one thing, and point it out to those who are not informed, when the inevitable Israel bashing starts.

THE IDF WILL NEVER TARGET A SCHOOL BUS WITH CHILDREN.
