Oh my! Another dramatically titled rooftop video from Hevron. Where shall we begin? On the one hand, when dealing with a genre that by definition incorporates so much falsehood there will not be much to be seen, but still the charitable approach may be to just give a bit of a chuckle before moving on to matters that are actually of some consequence. On the other hand, as these type of items do accumulate, at least once in a while they should be subjected at least to a cursory look.

"settlers abuse and attacked residents in shuhada street"
1. The happy collection in track-shorts and sneakers are not exactly settlers, although Israelis of varied backgrounds would be a good description. Ethnically, pretty Mizrachi, being of Middle-Eastern or North African background some generations before having been expelled from their homes in a wave of ethnic cleansing throughout the immediate region.
2. Clearly no one is to be found being attacked in the film, but their responding to whoever is on the rooftop filming, that "this is our land" is something that Jewish people have felt and expressed for some thousands of years. Singing "Am Yisrael Chai" (The People of Israel are Alive) may appear to be culturally insensitive to the European/American conflict-zone vacationer's ears as they stand on a Hevron roof-top, but really, suck-it-up and get a life.
3. The folks passing by at 1:01, aside from not being attacked, are not residents, but part of our visiting European and American activists that wash up in mass on our shores every summer vacation and try to give some meaning to their empty lives. In actuality they usually just leave an ever greater trail of wreckage and human suffering behind, but as they return back to their first-world countries, i.e. Europe and America, they will not have to bear the consequences of their visit.
4. Last but not least, Shuhada St., they get correct. That the street commemorates all the suicide bombers and their earlier heroes throughout Islamic history that have given up their lives taking those of others would be a point to quibble on, but that is the name that this sector prefers to call the street.
O.K. one for four in baseball would be batting .250, but then again this isn't baseball.
