An interesting variant on a number of recent polls and posts which we've entitled "When pigs can fly" is the restating once again of PM Netanyahu's stand on Two-State Bar-Ilan Address.
With the recent polls there has been a consistent ignoring in the headlines of results of what were the conditions behind the question asked. The possibility of those conditions being met as a basis for the question, naturally led to these questions being titled "When pigs can fly".
Which brings to mind the Bar-Ilan Address. This from Dr. Aaron Lerner of IMRA:

Segal 31.12.2012 evening news:
Anchor: We have this evening 22 days to elections on the 22nd of January and we want to talk with Amit Segal about the Likud platform. There were conflicting positions: yes a Palestinian state, no Palestinians state. What does the prime minister finally say?
Amit Segal: Yes, there is a diplomatic position that Binyamin Netanyahu will take with him to the elections. And he makes clear this evening that he still stands behind his Bar-Ilan address. That same address 3 and a half years ago for the recognition of a Palestinian state. However, with 3 conditions: Recognition of Israel as a Jewish state, the end of the conflict and security matters.
