For those who are home, and for those who are on the way. For those who support the historic and just return of the land of Israel to its people, forever loyal to their inheritance, and its restoration.
(An aftermath to this was that France's ambassador in Tel Aviv had complained to Israeli authorities over the bombing, and that Israel's envoy had been required to meet with senior officials in Paris. There has been no mention at this time of any complaint by France of rocket-fire being directed against the Israeli civilian populations from the French Consulette's neighborhood. YH)
Turns out the French consul in Gaza, his wife and 13-year-old daughter were hit by shrapnel during Sunday’s IAF air strike on a Hamas naval facility. Reuters says their residence was just 200 meters from the site.
It’s bad enough Hamas training facilities, rocket factories, arms depots and Qassam launching sites are in civilian areas.
I wouldn’t compare any Gaza neighborhood with Washington’s Embassy Row. But Hamas is surely aware of the location of every diplomatic mission in the Strip.
Are they embedding themselves among diplomats too?

I visited Hevron in November 2000 after the outbreak of the Rosh Hashanah War to see what could be done to assist in the face of the growing daily attacks on the community. After returning to work for the community in the summer of 2001, a bond and a love was forged that grows to this day. My wife Melody and I merited to be married at Ma'arat HaMachpela and now host visitors from throughout the world every Shabbat as well as during the week. Our goal, "Time to come Home!"
